Our TV cabinet is made of Medium-density fibreboard (MDF). This product is due to its properties as a substitute for solid wood and is better than chipboard. It is used as a laminated, veneered, naked – uncoated as a profile. These are fine wood fibers, glued and pressed at high temperatures with binders. They acquire beautiful and durable appearance furniture. MDF boards are a better material than other popular materials such as chipboard, gypsum fiber or solid wood for several reasons. They are made of very fine texture, which allows the board to be extremely smooth. MDF boards are moisture-resistant – they will not deform or swell when used in high humidity environments.
